The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms, each offering a queen-sized bed and ample storage for your belongings. You'll find two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for everyone. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, complete with a cozy indoor wood fireplace, perfect for creating a wonderful ambiance during winter evenings. This together with a large heatpump in lounge and electric heaters in all bedrooms ensure you will have a very comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals, with all the necessary appliances and cookware provided. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views. For outdoor gatherings, there's a BBQ grill available. Additional amenities include free parking, a garden, and high-speed internet. The cottage is a single-level home, making it easily accessible for all guests. The quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, ensuring a peaceful stay for all.

You will have complete access to house, garden and carport. The oudoor summer house/office is not for guest use.

The location of this property is excellent a 5 min walk into arrowtownThe home was large enough to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. Heating needs to be on permanently on in the winter as could potentially be damp as had that feel about it when you first walk in.There is a Lovely cosy area where fireplace is located to sit and relax.This is the first time this property has been rented and unfortunately there were a few minor issues, when we first arrived which were reasonably quickly resolved.The price we paid for 3 days was fair but would not pay the full asking price due to the fact it wasn't as clean as we would have expected. and the second bathroom is not a full bathroom but a part of the laundry with only a small shower box in it.
