Free street parking is available. Please limit parking on Meadville St. to two vehicles in front of the home and avoid parking on the newly paved sidewalk. Additional parking can be found a few houses away on Catoma and Lanark Streets. Do not block bus routes, driveways, or park in restricted areas to avoid towing.

  ★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★    

The backyard is still undergoing landscaping, so some areas may be uneven, with unfinished landscaping and other natural elements that could be a tripping hazard. Additionally, the outdoor steps are worn and need repair. For safety reasons, this area is not suitable for children. Please be mindful of your footing while enjoying the space. No Pets allowed.  No Smoking No events, parties, or large gatherings Please report any damages that occur during stay QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am on Weekdays. 11pm-9am on Weekends. If there is a disruption to others in the building or neighborhood after you've been asked to keep it down, you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

Please note that the unit has multiple staircases and may not be  very handicap accessible due to the number of stairs throughout the property.
