De locatie. Het appartement is vlak bij het strand en de boulevard. Winkels zijn vlakbij. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beantwoord vragen meteen. Met de airco kregen we de kamer lekker warm.
We vonden het bankje niet comfortabel. We misten een fluitketel of waterkoker en een theepot.

Très propre et soigné, sur la belle promenade de Crotone et face à la plage, près des bars et restaurants. Facilité de communication et grande disponibilité du propriétaire. Il nous as donné aussi de très bonnes indications pour garer la voiture.
Pas toujours assez de pression de l’eau dans l’appartement car il est en étage élevé et que la pression d’eau de la ville n’est pas très bonne. Mais le propriétaire a mis une pompe qui facilite les choses.

Very close to the beach and restaurants.
The shower is small. We had an issue with one of the beds but Eugene corrected it within an hour. He also had water waiting for us when we arrived

Everything was very good, the apartment is very cozy and is only 50 meters from the sea. The people are friendly, and the apartment is well-furnished. There is everything you need, including a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, and even a juicer and blender. Each room has air conditioning. There is an elevator! 10 out of 10! We are delighted!
