L'appartement est vraiment très bien agencé , d'une propreté remarquable et une bonne intention avec ce qu'il faut pour un petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes .

Malheureusement, le quartier n'est pas à la hauteur de l'appartement, malgré un emplacement proche du centre et de la gare routière , mais l'environnement est sale des poubelles sont jonchées sur les bords des trottoirs. Et pour accéder à l'appartement 3 étages sans ascenseur qui rend la montée vraiment difficile avec les valises .

This was a return visit as we liked the apartment very much last year, and already intend to go back. It is very cosy and comfortable, and the host, Matteo is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Location is great for travelling to/from Crotone by train or bus as the stations are a short walk away. It is quiet and peaceful at night, and we slept very well. Finding and getting into the apartment with a code from Matteo for the key safe on the day of arrival is simple and easy. We had a very happy stay again.

Nothing didn't like. It would be even nicer with a few more things in the kitchen, which is reasonably well equipped but does lack a bread and chopping knife and a kettle. The Coffee maker is nice though and we did enjoy cooking and eating in the apartment. A toaster would be lovely, but that may just be a British thing. Toast under the grill was fine :)

L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito.

Terzo piano senza ascensore. L'ho trovato un po' faticoso.

L’appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato e pulito. Si vede l’attenzione dei gestori per i dettagli e gli interni sono accoglienti.

La posizione non è delle migliori: il palazzo è decadente e il quartiere non trasmette una buona sensazione di sicurezza. La lavasciuga non asciugava.
