The property was fantastic, very clean and comfortable with great facilities. Everything you needed to enjoy a break. Also very good location and easy to walk to local restaurants and the beach.

The villa was private, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach, although didn’t need to swim at the beach because the pool was the perfect temperature and there to use anytime.

In terms of value for money this is close to 10. And I want to especially thank the host for her kindness and flexibility. She really made may feel like customer first and I think she went a few extra miles just to make my stay feel good. Everything was spotless clean. And if you value your privacy the 100% private pool area and gated property will offer you that. You can enjoy your zen moments without any distractions. I stayed alone but this place is a good fit for 4 persons since two totally separate master bedrooms. I highly recommend this to anyone 1-4 people who also value relaxing time in a modern villa in the best part of the island.
There was nothing that I did not like. The location is in one of my favourite areas in Samui (Choeng Mon) but it's not in fast walking distance to restaurants etc. But that's also kinda the point of this place. But it's still close to everything and close to the best beach in Samui and it's super easy to find with a bike or just use Grab which works super well (Thai UBER).
