Leilighetene var store rom med gode senger. Fint kjøleskap med fryse del og godt kjøkken. Tuk tuk var fantastisk og et stort pluss. Hyggelig personale.

Bassengene var ikke som på bildene og fremstår ikke som rene. Der var problemer med vannforsyningen på øyen når vi var der, mulig det hadde noe med saken å gjøre.

We stayed at Horizon in August. We first had a spacious villa, then the management kindly allowed us to extend our stay in apartments R33 and R38. All accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained. What made our stay special was the management team. They handled everything professionally - the room change, the extension, and our 6:00 PM airport transfer. We were also allowed to stay in R38 until the transfer, which was a huge help. Any request was dealt with quickly and with great care. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend Horizon for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place in Koh Samui.

The first problem was that there was no coffee machine or any facility inside the apartment to prepare coffee. In addition, there were no vending machines, coffee stations, or even a small shop within the residence complex where guests could purchase drinks or basic items. To get a simple drink or coffee, we had to travel a considerable distance outside the complex to find the nearest supermarket, store, or café. I shared this concern with the management and suggested that they install at least one vending machine in each building so residents could purchase basic beverages when needed. The second issue was the extremely noisy air-conditioning system. One of the air-conditioning units in our apartment constantly made a sound similar to running water, as if a tap was left open. This noise continued throughout the night and affected our sleep. Furthermore, there is ongoing construction directly in front of the building. On regular days, the construction noise starts around 7:30 AM, making it very difficult to rest or get enough sleep. I also requested an extra bed, but the mattress provided was in very poor condition and uncomfortable. When I asked them to replace it, instead of changing the mattress, they simply placed an additional blanket on top of it to make it feel softer, which did not solve the problem. Overall, this residence apartment is more suitable for people who leave early in the morning and only return at night to sleep. The facilities and services provided are very basic. I would not recommend this place for families, especially considering that the island offers many other beautiful accommodations with better facilities and accessibility. If you are traveling with family, having easy access to basic needs such as coffee, drinks, and simple amenities in the morning is important, and this residence does not provide that level of convenience.
