I have only positive things to say about Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi. The hotel exceeded all my expectations—honestly, wow! We travelled from Switzerland not only for a holiday and to visit our family, but also to take care of several things while in Indonesia. Our whole family had new glasses made, which saved us a considerable amount compared with Swiss prices. My son also visited the dermatologist located just below the hotel, and now his face is glowing like a Korean actor—“bling-bling,” incredible! We also travelled to Senayan for my wife’s mandibular advancement device (MAD). The same treatment would cost approximately CHF 4,300 in Switzerland, while we paid only around CHF 400 in Indonesia. The entire trip was extremely worthwhile, and staying at Fairfield made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was genuinely warm and welcoming. A very special thank-you to David LIME Restaurant and his team, Mbak Vya, and especially Mbak Frety and Mas Rifky for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. You made us and our family feel truly at home. We are already looking forward to returning in two years. Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi will definitely be our hotel again!

Honestly, there was nothing we did not appreciate. Our stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi exceeded all our expectations. The welcome, cleanliness, comfort, and service were excellent, and the entire team was wonderful.
