Room was clean. Bathroom nice.
A little hard to find and instructions sent were a little difficult to find pertinent info. Took off a star because the checkout instructions and cleaning were too intensive. I didn’t book an Airbnb and don’t expect to have to take out trash around a huge house in a storm. Otherwise it was fine.

Pleasantly surprised, the room was cozy, the bed very comfy, the duvet was thick, pleased with the toiletries (wasn't expecting any), the shower pressure was nice, the coffee bags and the biscuits were much appreciated. The check in details were very clear. Loved the vibe of the room and the downstairs, if I stayed for a bit longer would have enjoyed reading in the lounge as the chairs looked appealing. The view from the room of the hills behind the town were beautiful. Although the walk into town was about fifteen mins, the views across the Loch were gorgeous (which made up for it). If I'm in fort william again I would definitely book another stay here.
Although okay in the day time, at night it was a bit dark in the shower cubicle. Unless I missed the light switch!

Very beautiful, very clean room, I immediately felt at home. The hosts provided great recommendations for hikes and restaurants/bakeries/… both in written form (welcoming book) and during personal interactions and all interactions were very friendly.
