Really bad.. Room wasnt clean sheets were stained with blood and unclean like it was never changed for an year.. Seen the pics, reviews and went.. Femt like a brothel..

Very disappointing experience. The hotel feels more like a basic local setup and, in my opinion, is not suitable for families. It may be just okay for bachelors looking for a budget stay, but I would not recommend it for a family. The room and overall surroundings did not feel properly clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. The atmosphere was also not very comfortable or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Families looking for a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay should consider other options in Pathanamthitta.

I booked this hotel because the advertisement clearly stated that Wi-Fi was included in the facilities. After making the payment and arriving at the hotel, I found that there was no Wi-Fi connection available. I immediately contacted the hotel and requested cancellation and a refund, but they refused to cancel the booking or provide a refund. Later, they emailed me claiming that my booking did not include Wi-Fi, even though Wi-Fi was clearly shown as an included facility in their advertisement at the time of booking. This is extremely misleading and unfair to customers. The hotel should not advertise a facility as included and then deny it after the booking and payment have been completed. I had a terrible experience and feel that I was misled by their advertisement. I would strongly recommend others to verify all facilities directly with the hotel before making a booking.
