Dobra lokalizacja, bo do zamku na Wawelu było ok. 2 km pieszo.Klucze w skrytce, co ułatwiło wejście do mieszkania. Szczegółowa instrukcja wejścia do apartamentu.
Zbyt niska antresola, dorosły nie może nawet swobodnie usiąść. Twarda wersalka z podkładem w żółte plamy!!! A to koszt 40 zł. W łazience mocny zapach kanalizacji oraz "odchodząca" okleina z mebli i futryny drzwi. Płytki i fugi do wyszorowania. Ściany miejscami brudne i poobijane (kiepskie wrażenia estetyczne). Brak wieszaków przy drzwiach do powieszenia kurtek.
