Nadwiślańska Przystań Apartament z widokiem na Wisłę

The apartment was modern, clean and well furnished, in a great location, walking distance to Kazimierz, Wawel, and all of the Old Town, with many restaurants and eateries nearby. We enjoyed our stay in the city as well as in the apartment.

There were only two blankets for the four of us (we did find a third one, but the host confirmed only one blanket per bed was provided), two chairs, etc. The apartment was overall in good shape, but some minor repairs were needed (e.g., leaking shower head, loose bathroom sink tap). The on-street parking was more expensive than we expected from the information provided, 9 to 11 zl per hour between 9:00 - 22:00 except Sundays. To be eligible for the 6 to 8 zl per hour rate you need to buy the Karta Krakowska. The recommended SkyCash parking application wouldn't install on our non-Polish phones, we used AnyPark instead.

Problem powszechny - długość doby hotelowej - tylko 16.00 - 10.00 (wczesne zdanie lokalu i późny moment odbioru klucza). W tym wypadku gospodarze się sprężyli i kluczem mogłem dysponować już około 14.00. Generalnie Booking musi wprowadzić dobę obejmującą okres od godz. 14.00 do godzi. 12.00 (minimum 11.00).

Świetna lokalizacja blisko Kazimierza i w ładnej i nowoczesnej okolicy. Na dole budynku duży wybór dobrych restauracji. Ładne i dobrze urządzone mieszkanie z widokiem na Wisłę. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z właścicielem, łatwość odebrania kluczy, elastyczność w terminie wymeldowania.

The location, the spacious apartment, and the great view.

The apartment was very dirty. The hairdryer was sticky and dirty, and the dishes were not clean. The dishwasher had a broken panel, and when we opened it, there was a very unpleasant smell. Inside the dishwasher, we found broken glass (and later also a chipped glass in the cupboard), as well as a clogged filter, which caused the bad smell. There were stains on the sofa. There were no capsules provided for the washing machine or the dishwasher. When I reported these issues to the host and sent photos (with timestamps), the host started accusing us of causing the problems and insisted everything was clean and functional before our arrival. This completely ruined the experience.
