    This is a very nice hotel but it is seriously got some flaws. The pool is closed all day on Monday and closes early at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. I've never heard of that before. Why did they even advertise that they have a when it is closed early on Sunday and all day on Monday she ridiculousness. Also the food for breakfast could be a pinch hotter they don't even have the option of having decaffeinated coffee. This is an American Hotel they should have at least offered decaf coffee for breakfast. Also portions of the food are quite small at dinner time although quite tasty. I paid $12 for a salad that nobody would serve in Los Angeles at that price because it was perhaps 200 grams. They serve me an omelet today that was absolutely terrible I don't even think it was made with real eggs. They need to up their cooking game. They don't even offer you a toaster at breakfast.

    Amazing stay, good location, staff were all very helpful & accommodating. Too bad we didn't know that tgere was a free shuttle from the airport. We'll definitely stay here again if we go back to Bogota. Thanks!
