Very close walk to the public beach. The house was large. Plenty of parking. Washer & Dryer Pet friendly with extra fees

We drove 9 hrs expecting a great time. It was hot. We are used to hot. Just not on the inside. It was miserable in the evenings especially at bed time.. The house was hot inside. 74⁰-76⁰. We took pics of the thermostat and sent them to them. Early in the mornings, it was 70-73. *we left and drove into Gulf shores. We were informed they sent maintenance in, and they took pics and said it was nothing wrong. 1, WHY send someone when you're not in? 2. Why do you not at least inform the guests that there is a possibility of sending someone by? * we were never told when they came by, just "yesterday" 2 fans were in the house. Neither worked properly- they ran BUT DID not blow air. Front bedroom- both beds need mattresses. We planned on cooking each morning and night- But had to drive 30 mins back into town for a lot of items. Missing- cup towels, hot pads We used items in the cabinets. (I always wash anyways) the cooking sheets were dirty.. food left on them. We spent a large amount of money to stay here and it was disappointing. . Make sure you have everything you need- its a 30 min drive back into town. If you plan on eating out.. 30 min drive back into town. Speed limits 45-55. I had it booked for 6 nights we left after 4 nights.
