This is a scam. Avoid at all cost!!!
We booked for the advertised appartment on the 3rd of August. On the 8th, eve of our arrival day, (just after we paid online) the owner contacted us through a message app to tell us that there was a water leak in that appartment that we already paid for. But she could provide us with a bigger appartment for the same price and even sent us some great pics. Naively, we accepted. When arriving to the new place, at 3.30 we firstly could not open the key box. We had to contact the owner by visio to help us. I finally managed to open it myself after 30 minutes. When we entered, we discovered a work in progress that had not been cleaned for a few days as you can see in the pics attached. I contacted the owner who, at first, denied any problem. After i sent her the pics, she finally said that someone would come in 30minutes to clean the place. After 1 hour, at 5pm, a Lady came with her very young Child to clean the room. She said she did not understand what happened and that someone must have been able to enter the room and squat there. Very reassuring!!! She tried to clean as fast as she could and left us around 6pm. But there was still some clothes left under the bed, the broken bathroom door knob, dust everywhere, the bathroom sink blocked, the broken curtains, no Wi-Fi, all the cupboards broken and no equipment at all in the kitchen appart from an out of order fridge, and a dishwasher that seemed to have been punched.
I have to say that we were very désappointed with the booking.com answer who basically said that as we had checked in we had to find a solution with the owner directly. But how could we know the state of the room before whe whe checked in? And we paid booking.com who seems to advertise sell some appartment that cannot be trusted. We spent 30 minutes on the phone with booking.com and even sent them all the pics and messages exchanged with the owner. but so far, we had no answers. So without any solutions we had to resign sleeping there and left very early

Bagno grande e il resto mini
L'appartamento era molto pulito e caldo. Il bagno è molto grande. C'erano alcune cose per cucinare e mangiare. Luogo silenzioso.

C'era la lavatrice.
Mancavano: sapone per le mani, scottex (non c'era nemmeno abbastanza carta igienica per poter usare quella in caso ci si fosse rovesciata l'acqua, però fuori c'era un mocio).
Poi almeno un tappetino per la doccia per non allagare il bagno sarebbe stato carino. Non dico il tappeto gigante, ma ho rischiato di scivolare due volte a causa della mancanza del tappeto del bagno. Mi sono dovuta arrangiare usando due dei miei asciugamani portati da casa come tappetino.
Cuscini accettabili per una notte, ma non più di una. Lo spazio intorno al letto matrimoniale è veramente molto ristretto.
Stavo facendo la doccia e ad un certo punto l'acqua è arrivata freddissima dal soffione, ma ho risolto passando al doccino.

Ojo que te lo cambian por un horror de lugar
Nada, fue un engaño. Nos dijeron horas antes que estaba roto y nos cambiaban a uno cercano. Ahí empezó la pesadilla.
Mala gestión, ojo que parece que no tiene 2 habitaciones aunque lo describa en el anuncio.
Contamos nuestra desagradable experiencia con esta reserva. Ni 24 horas antes nos avisan que no nos podemos alojar en este apartamento de 2 dormitorios para 4 personas y nos cambian a otro cercano, White House en vía da volta, podéis buscar y mirar las reseñas de ese lugar. No era de 2 habitaciones y nos dicen que así era nuestra reserva, que era una cosa de la traducción. Ojo que nosotros reservamos 2 habitaciones y decían que era un error. Nos da la llave un vecino, y vemos que la cama es hinchable en medio de la cocina y no hay ni sábanas ni almohadas ni toallas. El apartamento no tenía ni 30 metros en total, la habitación con cama se accedía subiendo una peligrosas escaleras de caracol. Todo sucio y roto, ni vajilla ni cubertería completa para los 4. El fregadero atascado, rebosando grasa. La chica que nos atiende parece que la estábamos molestando cuando insistimos en que teníamos que tener almohadas y sábanas. Para ella almohadas eran los cojines del sofá. Finalmente, su primo nos trae unas sábanas y toallas viejas y como almohadas los cojines del sofa. Solo pudimos estar lo imprescindible para dormir, ni nos pudimos duchar por el estado asqueroso de la ducha.

Il monolocale è abbastanza spazioso, l’abbiamo trovato pulito, la posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla, posto auto privato molto comodo. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte per un evento in città e per questo scopo direi che l’appartamento è davvero ottimo, ci tornerei anche se come scritto da altri il letto è un po’ rumoroso😂.
Per renderlo attrattivo per soggiorni prolungati bisognerebbe accessoriarlo un po’, qualche stoviglia in più, una macchinetta per il caffè, un letto nuovo😄

La posizione tranquilla e il posto auto.
Pulizia ordinaria.
Il letto non è comodo. Rumoroso. Angolo cucina arredato si, ma né una caffettiera, né un bollitore. Due pentole... Nessun bricco o pentolino per scaldare acqua o latte. Peccato. Ho anche telefonato alla signora per chiedere.
Il bagno era pulito, la tavoletta del wc sarebbe da cambiare.
Un po' di manutenzione in più.

Ti devi accontentare
È stato un soggiorno per partecipare ad un evento sportivo, le necessità quindi non erano molte, l'unica era di dormire. La zona è tranquilla.
La descrizione dell'alloggio è di due stanze, in realtà è un mono locale diviso da un mobile con un letto singolo messo nel corridoio di entrata. Non ci sono luci separate per ogni letto, non c'è una tenda per l'unica finestra, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia nel frigo. Il corredo di asciugamani del bagno, era variopinto e ancora umido.
Che dire? Va bene così 🤣
