Promises a lot, unfortunately got the opposite

The quality of the room furniture is fine. The room was cleaned properly. The surroundings are beautiful. Parking is free.

We booked this place for some quiet time. We got exactly the opposite. In the evening apparently there was a dinner party with a live musician placed directly under our room window, which was not communicated with us by the owner. Impossible to enjoy being in the room. We had to get up quite early to catch a flight, but due to the loud noise (music, applause, loud conversations and kitchen noise) until after 1:00 (!) we only had a few hours sleep. The accomodation info states the rooms would be sound proofed, but again the opposite is true. You can clearly hear people in the next room talk and flush the toilet. The hallway that gives access to the rooms has no soft materials, which amplifies the sound of doors and even locks. (Woke up during the night due to that) Lastly, the breakfast was so underwhelmingly sad we couldn't believe it. To name a few: Dry pre-packed crackers, one almost empty jar of jam, some non-fresh juices, bit of milk and cornflakes and some cakes. (See picture) My dietary request was not followed up, although they replied "Sì certo ci organizziamo" to my email. (That's contradiction no. 3.) Also, we actively had to ask if they had some bread. The bread we got was stale and not freshly cut, as if leftovers from the dinner party. To the owner: Please have the decency to inform your guests in advance that you are organizing a noisy dinner party during their stay. Then at least you give the guest the chance to book another accommodation. And I advise to follow the example of other accommodations regarding what a decent breakfast looks like.

Everything was really nice. All people were friendly and welcoming; the food was superb, fresh and local, really recommend to have a dinner there; surroundings are calm with beautiful landscapes all around. And the horses!

The place is located on a hillside, away from the street. It is a very beautiful location and very quiet. The rooms are clean and it was a pleasure to have the view over the hills in the morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The dinner is the best: fresh and home-made If I return to this area I will definitely try to make my reservation here again.👍

Warm welcome, great food and quality local products (their own salami, wine and olive oil are very good). Peaceful countryside. This is also a top-class "scuderia", which made it particularly interesting for us.

disappointing!

Food is good and service friendly. Location is okay although badly marked and no clear indications of numbers or entrance. Area is typical countryside full of non stop barking dogs at night. Very clean facilities

Electricity went out middle of night, Bright emergency lights made it impossible to sleep and bed very hard. Area full of barking dogs right through the night.(owners can do more to advise guests) No backup generators or PR efforts in this regard. No attempt to compensate for tremendous discomfort. They were not even prepared to make a something like a simple coffee\mocha!!! . Staff only claim it's not their fault. Nobody wants to take any pride and show some compassion or recompense. Even if small, it matters and shows you care. I find it too easy and a lack of taking responsibility to compensate for your guests' discomfort. Will for sure not return with such a lack of genuine hospitality.

Ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss mit entspanntem Flair und sympathischer italienischer Gastfreundschaft.

Die Lage ist aussergewönhlich ruhig und in idyllischer Natur mitten in einem kleinen Tal. Perfekt für uns als Motorradreisende war ausserdem die sehr kurvenreiche Umgebung mit ihren kleinen Seen und angrenzenden Tälern. Fahrerisch ein absoluter Genuss der einlädt zum entspannten oder auch sportlichen Kurven surfen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und probiert mit italienischem Charm all ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen, die Zimmer sind zwar leider ein bisschen hellhörig aber dafür sauber und modern. Das Essen und die Hausweine sind ein Hochgenuss und die Preise für diesen Gaumenschmaus sind mehr als in Ordnung. Wie werden definitiv wieder kommen. Wer den ländlichen, familiären Charm liebt, ist hier absolut richtig.

Nichts, wir waren sehr zu frieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Wie oben erwähnt sind die Zimmer ein bisschen hellhörig was uns aber wegen der exzellenten Betten nicht weiter gestört hat.

La struttura è nuova e molto accogliente, con locali puliti e personale cordiale. La camera è ampia e confortevole. La colazione è abbondante e varia, arricchita fuori menù da pane fatto in casa, salame e pancetta artigianale. È importante sottolineare che la colazione è gratuita ed inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Tutto perfetto.

Struttura ordinata, pulita, ristrutturazione interna funzionale e moderna senza stravolgimenti della particolarità del casale. Ottima accoglienza, staff molto gentile.

Mancano le prese vicino ai comodini che, a mio parere, oggi non posso mancare. Abbiamo passato solo una notte per svago e ci siamo trovati bene, se dovessi recarmi in zona per lavoro avrei necessità diverse. Tutto il resto, ok!
