Novotel Executive Suite - Acqua Manila 2905

Excellent Stay at Novotel Manila! We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Manila. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and everything was delicious. The location is very convenient, especially with easy access to nearby malls and transportation. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back again.

Excellent location, 20-30 min from airport, intramuros,… (5 euro taxi). Fantastic view, close to modern and ancient Philippines shops. Direct access to small supermarket. Excellent communication with host. Friendly and secure. You can leave your bags of flight later that day.

I don’t like the fact that it is in booking.com and there is no instructions or any notes about how I need to contact the owner of the room. Like the heck I know about it, I really thought I was going to check in in the hotel but it looks likes I’m in the condo and I was going to my Airbnb. I was stuck at traffic just to get there, it would have been nice if someone or a note told me that I have to contact the owner. But nothing, so when I arrive at the hotel, they told me that they don’t have my name. And I should check in in the other door since I book a condo. I waited for 3 hours just to get an endorsement since the guard who is in the front desk told me to get endorsement from the owner. I could have done that while I was stuck in traffic. I’m so exhausted and hungry at this point. The host/owner is not nice at all too since they sent me an email that I should cancel and just book somewhere else. I’m never going back in this property. It was really good to be true, the value for money isn’t worth the cost. Let me add how bad it is not easy to get a grab car from this property and have to walk miles. Lastly, they didn’t open the pool til 5pm. I’m so sick and tired of this property.
