We had a great experience. The room was clean, beautifully designed and comfortable.
The staff of the hotel are very welcoming and kind.
The facilities are overall good.
The kids room is also very well equipped and was very interesting for our 4y/o.
The indoor pool is very small. The gym is very small and has mostly cardio equipment and some weights. It would have been nice to have some other equipment.

Das Restaurant im Hotel war super. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Größe. Die Bar hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl an Getränken
Die Ausstattung war wenig komfortabel, eine sehr einfach Bauweise des Hauses und die Strukturen der Bausubstanz haben zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Die Sprachbarriere war sehr groß. Eine gute Kommunikation war schwierig. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Masse an Menschen zu klein. Des Speisesaal ist für die Masse an Menschen zu klein.

Sehr schöne Lage. Man ist schnell am Meer und auch im Wald.
Der Spa Bereich ist relativ klein. Es war stets sehr laut dort. Man kann dort nicht entspannen. Musik war immer laut und sehr viel Kinder.
Als wir das Zimmer bezogen lief das Wasser nicht super ab, wir konnten es justieren also nichts schlimmes.
Nach unserem Check out wurden wir angeschrieben und sie wollten uns das berechnen. Es war mehr als eindeutig nicht unser Fehler, dennoch wurde darauf bestanden dass wir die Reperaturkosten übernehmen.
Sehr unangemessenes Verhalten von Seiten des Hotels.
Wie würden es nicht als spa Hotel empfehlen.
