We loved the location. It is a bit hectic, but very close to the city center. Did not feel insecure on the street, quite the opposite. The only trouble you could face is that you may pay a bit more in the nearby grocery shops if they discover you are a foreigner :) The apartment has three balconies/terraces!
The living room could be a bit more comfy. Can't really put my finger on it.
