Spacious appartement. View on the street with a balcony, and a Nice Little balcony on the other side. Everything you need for a stay even if in catania there’s a lot more to do outside. Clean in a charming building with character. We absolutely recommend to anyone who want to discover the city, it’s perfectly situated, 10 minute walk to the center, 2 minutes walk from a tabacco shop (but every place is 2 minutes walk away from one) and with everything you could need less than 5 minute on foot.
The beach is at 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes in car with free parking near the beach and also near the apartment. Thanks Francesco !

Placement, heating, size of apartment, responsible host. Extra + that bedroom door can be locked.
Bathroom doors to the balcony didn’t close properly, chairs a bit worn out

The apartment itself was very luxurious, very spacious and filled with excellent equipment.
The WiFi was terrible, the water completely ran out during our stay (mid shower) and there is little sound or light proofing.
