Devo dire che la struttura è attrezzata in ogni minimo comfort ed è proprio quello che cercavo
Sono una maniaca della pulizia a mio parere. Bisognerebbe avere un po’ più cura nei dettagli degli angoli del bagno a terra contorno wc ..

Posizione e appartamento nel complesso, seppur con odore in bagno e perdita dal WC alla base, segnalato ma non risolto
Check in pessimo, senza mai una persona, solo gestito da remoto anche per consegna chiavi. Problema con chiave apertura portone molto difficoltosa, totalmente non considerato. Nessuna possibilità di interfacciarsi con una persona, solo via whapp...inaccettabile.

Too much bureaucratic steps before check-in

El lugar es tal cual las fotos. Comodo y cerca de la playa. Queda lejos del centro pero tiene bus cerca para ir a la estaciones.
Demasiada burocracia del check-in, piden muchas pasos. Es muy impersonal. Tal asi que soilcitamos dos noches mas por el WhatsApp que hablábamos y nos pidieron que lo hicieramos por booking. Al hacerlo ya no quedaba lugar. Después nos dicen que nos habian enviado un mail para ver de agregar las noches... En fin... Falta calidez y sentido comun en la atención al cliente.
