Paradisiaca Suite Cancun - BEACH CONDO - 4PX

The location was great and the views were beautiful, especially being right by the beach. The resort which the apartment is part of is amazing and staff are wonderful.

The cleanliness honestly wasn’t great. The vents and some areas had mold, which I get can happen near the beach, but it still felt like the place wasn’t properly maintained. The apartment itself is spacious and works well for four people, but the bathroom is pretty small. Overall, it just needs better cleaning and upkeep.

Me encanto el lugar, hermoso, cómodo, vista maravillosa, la playa privada fantástica, limpia.. el apto bien dotado de todo, la cama un poco blanda pero confortable. La tv no funciona solo canales deportivos.

Easy to get to from the airport. Good access to the beach. And nice pool area ut had to be there in a half decent time to get a sun lounger. Easy parking for the car. Helpful information before getting to the property for checking in as there is not a 'real' person to check you in it's all done by yourself.

Photos in the pictures did not reflect what the current state of the apartment looked like. Its very tired looking and scruffy. The aircon machine was so noisy (however was effective cooling) The shutters on the windows were very rattly at night especially when there was even a small bit of wind. Did not use the kitchenette so can't comment. The bathroom was very small and a bit run down. It seemed quite expensive for the quality of the room, compared to other places we have stayed. No information about purchasing a food pass for the day so could not use the pool bar. Pool DJ played music quite loudly all day!
