Excellent service for transportation to and from airport. Excellent service for explaining the info for the place and surroundings location. First time in Cancun, had a wonderful time, nice to hear the waves when going to bed. Place was clean and located with an oceanfront view

Very attentive and accommodating host, but the appointment requires maintenance. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and we had to request an extra mattress to be able to sleep. The freezer was not defrosted for a long time - we had to scrape the ice in order to fit our bag of ice. Nowhere to dry our wet clothes or do a laundry.

we were there an hour to find that we could not buy food or drink on the property because it was a sublet that was separate from the main property .
we moved to a 5 star down the beach that actually was a 5star with service ,,,,\\
the room is also up above the bar pool area and is quite noisy,,,,,which is great i quess if you are there to party and holler
