Die Wohnung zur Übernachtung ok, lädt aber nicht zum verweilen ein. Für den gebotenen Standard ist sie deutlich zu teuer
Toller gepflegter Pool mit lifeguard Schöner Meerblick Die Wohnung ist schön groß.
Die Wohnung ist nur für die Fotos schick/ renoviert Die gesamte Wohnanlage wirkt etwas schmuddelig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die offenen und meist überfüllten Mülltonnen locken Ungeziefer an. Kein Interne, kein Fernseher- nicht ansatzweise zeitgemäß Es gibt 4 freie Parkplätze für ca. 40 Wohnungen. Ansonsten keine weiteren im Umkreis von 700m. Da ist immer Glück gefragt, einen der 4 zu erwischen. Kaum Schrank oder Ablageflächen. Einer der Einbauschränke ist verschlossen, im anderen ist ein Fach zum aufhängen mit zugehörigem Boden frei. Für 4 Personen zu wenig. Eine zusätzliche Kommode würde das Ganze wohnlich machen und man hätte mehr Stauraum. Von der Klimaanlage kommt im Schlafzimmer leider nichts an.

La proximité avec la plage et la présence de la piscine
Accès très compliqué en voiture voir impossible, il faut prévoir une petite voiture sinon on ne peux se garer ni dans la rue ni dans le garage. Les ruelles de la ville sont très étroites, il est impossible de se garer sauf à scooter. Les moustiquaire de la terrasse étaient cassées, les rideaux sont soit cassés soit supprimés côté terrasse. La Clim est que pour le salon et non les chambres, la télé n’est pas branché à l électricité ! Donc non fonctionnelle, les prises de la cuisines ne fonctionnent pas, la douche bouchée et non nettoyée et fuit en plus de ça.

Proprietatea este în regulă ,nu lipsește aproape nimic din ce ai nevoie !
Aerul condiționat nu a făcut față căldurii de 38 grade Celsius ,ar trebui să mai existe un aer condiționat și în dormitor ! Este unul singur în living + bucătărie !Din păcate nu am găsit uscătorul de păr ! Locația este ok dar departe de zona centrală din Sanremo !
