A choice good for a family on a budget. Be aware of the drawbacks.

The garden is surely a plus (but is overlooking a heavy-traffic street). Rooms are of reasonable side and can easily accommodate a family of four. Host extremely kind and welcoming.

I was keeping an eye on this property and I eventually had the chance to book it. I respect the people that put the work into renting properties, but one also needs to set the right kind of expectations. And this property has many disadvantages, which I do not see properly documented in the reviews. No parking place is to be found nearby. Don't be tricked into thinking: oh, I'll find some place somewhere, because this is Liguria. It's packed everywhere. You either come with the car, and have a parking place, or you come with the train. Even loading-unloading the car is a challenge, and no, you cannot leave the car in front of the property because the curbs are so high that you will destroy your wheels. The apartment is located waaaay off the city center (at least 1hr, with a good pace), so you need a bike or a scooter to go anywhere. Furniture outdated; needs a thorough renovation. From the picture is not easy to tell, but the apartment is effectively the basement of a 3-stories building, with the owner living upstairs. There was a permeating stench of humidity which we could not get rid of even by leaving the windows open 3 days. This apartment is probably good for a family on a budget which wants to stack as many people as possible, but for a little bit more money, you can find places better located and better furnished.

We were delighted with the apartment and would recommend it to friends any time.

The apartment was well designed , with all the little extras. Two bathrooms were very welcome. The layout of the inside of the apartment was practical and the little garden was most attractive.

The only downside was that the building is on a busy road, and you cannot park outside. Further up the road there is a local no fee parking. However with cases and bags it was not so easy.

very responsive host. clean and spacious house. the entire first floor is at our disposal. separate entrance. beautiful garden with lots of flowers. the house is superbly equipped. there was everything that was needed, and what was not, the owner brought. we had a great time, like we were at home. sea nearby. approximately 15-20 minutes. 35 minutes walk to the center. definitely recommend! I recommend staying with Carlo and Silvia! You will have a great rest in a homely atmosphere.

This apartment is located near the free public parking (important if you travel by car). Very hospitable hosts, Carlo met us at the parking lot and helped us bring our things. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness! The apartment has the feeling that I came to stay at home - very comfortable. The apartment is large, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a living room, a lot of different utensils, kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, an oven, pots - everything you need. The garden deserves special attention! Well-groomed, green, many flowers and fruit trees, sea view - can not leave anyone indifferent. In the garden there is a table for a family dinner. You can find several large grocery stores near the apartment, close to the beach. I recommend staying with Carlo and Silvia! You will have a great rest in a homely atmosphere.

Carlo et Sylvia sont acceuillants, disponibles et à l'écoute de nos besoins La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle Le jardin est très mignon et permet de se détendre et de prendre les repas à l'extérieur Nous reviendrons chez Carlo et Sylvia avec plaisir
