Για δύο άτομα το studio είναι πολύ άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Τα πάντα μέσα στο σπίτι είναι καινούργια, είχε ζεστό νερό συνέχεια. Για τις δικές μου προτιμήσεις το στρώμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, ούτε πολύ σκληρό ούτε πολύ μαλακό, κοιμηθήκαμε υπέροχα. Black out curtains οπότε δεν σε ενοχλούσε το φως το πρωί και πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή του ακινήτου και παραλαβή/παράδοση κλειδιών. Χρήσιμο που έχει φακελάκια καφέ και βραστήρα.
Εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε αλλά όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες δεν έχει μπαλκόνι

Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο, είναι άνετο για δύο άτομα και μπορεί να κοιμηθεί και τρίτο άτομο στο καναπέ, υπήρχε ζεστό νερό από θερμοσίφωνα και ήταν πολύ καθαρά.
Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι ίσως η καλύτερη που έχω δει για διαμέρισμα τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο μιας μεγάλης πόλης.
Το αναφέρω για όποιον το χρειάζεται ότι δεν υπάρχει σύνδεση σταθερού ίντερνετ δηλαδή WiFi.
Εμένα δεν μου χρειάστηκε .

At the time now (Oct 2025) it is a very new apartment. It was very clean and there were some nice basics given on top - shampoo, coffee, tea - that was really nice. The location is very good as well.
The street next to it is very busy almost during the whole day, so its rather annoying to open the window. However, the air gets quite bad as well quickly - meaning you either sacrifice by the air qualitiy or the noise quality.
There is no WIFI which seems to be a bit odd in the year 2025 - but having said that, it doesnt state anything about wifi in the listing, so they are not lieing about it - i just didnt check as it seems to be quite a basic thing to have these days.
