Situé à proximité du port, parfait quand on arrive tard. Accueil au top. 😊 et communication avec l’hôte fluide. Superbe appartement parfaitement bien équipé ! Belle terrasse. Tout est à proximité, supérette, bars, restaurants… dans le centre ville. Possibilité de se garer dans une cour sécurisée. Merci beaucoup pour tout !

Τα πάντα, καθαριότητα, ποιότητα κατασκευής, παροχές σε συσκευές, εξαιρετική ποιότητα στα κρεββάτια και τα στρώματα, φιλικός ο ιδιοκτήτης κ. Νίκος και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει όταν του ζητηθεί σεβόμενος την ιδιωτικότητα. Με τα πόδια είσαι σε 15 λεπτά στο κέντρο της Πάτρας και έχει δίπλα μεγάλο Supermarkt, καφετέρια και στα 100 μέτρα εξαιρετική επιλογή σε ψησταριά. Τεράστια μπαλκόνια στον κεντρικό δρόμο και στο πίσω δωμάτιο ξεχωριστό μικρό μπαλκόνι.
Είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη η τιμή για τον εργένη ή μονογονέα αλλά αξίζει τον κόπο. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα άνετα. Υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεββάτι στο ένα δωμάτιο, δύο μονά στο δεύτερο και ένας καναπές στο σαλόνι. Το κατάλυμα έχει ακριβώς από κάτω στάση αστικού λεωφορείου με τον ανάλογο θόρυβο από τις 05:00 το πρωΐ μέχρι τις 00:20 και είναι πολυσύχναστος δρόμος κεντρικός της Πάτρας.

Ήταν άνετο το σπίτι, ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο, είχε πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα περισσότερο από όσο φανταστήκαμε. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και διαθέσιμος σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε.
Το κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι δεν είχε μεγάλη απόδοση στη ζέστη.
