One Bed Garden Flat - Prime location - Free Onsite Parking - Own Entrance

Great location, easy to find and access, contained everything you would need, clean and tidy on arrival.

Difficult neighbours. Should have had a parking space but people from the other flats were using it and unwilling to move so had to use public parking at additional cost. Also neighbours left bags of rubbish outside overnight which was then opened by foxes and spread around the entrance to the flat. Toilet seat also broken.

The location was great and the fact there's a parking space is a massive bonus. The flat was large with plenty of space and had everything you would expect, but there were a few issues.

The entrance to the side felt a bit dodgy as there was a lock and from the inside a bolt. There was a draft that came through the door, which was fine during our stay but I imagine in the winter would make the place very cold. The toilet constantly ran, which was quite annoying. Apart from an instruction manual telling you how the oven worked there was nothing else. It's a good thing we didn't need to use the boiler for the heating, washing machine or dishwasher. If you want to use the latter - bring your own stuff. I contacted the host when we arrived as I couldn't find the email with the wifi password, to which I never received a reply. A welcome pack with all this information would be a great help in the future. We did have a good stay, the location is great & it suited our needs.

The hosts were very accommodating allowing me to check in earlier. I love the quirky layout of the apartment and the whole light and airy feel to it. The apartment has everything that you need for a couple of days stay it has separate rooms for everything, if you want to cook you have everything there to cook. It has a tv in the lounge so you can chill, it has a really good sized bedroom with everything that you'd need and the bed is very comfy. There is also a garden if you are taking pets. A walk to the beach front is just one straight road and you can see the sea from the road, and then walk along the beach front to everything that you'd need! This place is really worth the money/stay even if there are a couple of things that could do with a bit of fixing. We also ordered food to be delivered via deliveroo and the options and speediness for delivery where we were staying was unreal!

The bathroom door doesn't click shut completely so you have to go to the toilet with your foot against the door, it also doesn't have a lock but I wasn't too worried about that as I was staying with my partner. The sofa in the lounge is extremely squeaky, the slightest movement and the sofa squeaks but it's no biggy as its still a comfortable place to stay but may just need tightening!

Unkempt and unloved appearance. Toilet plumbing required maintenance. Boiler noisy also requiring maintenance, No tea/coffee or any welcome items. Towels grey and stained, and only 1 x small/1 x large to share between 2 of us; no hand towels/facecloths. Entrance to property over muddy grass. Parking space occupied on arrival at property, no answer on owners contact details requesting assistance.
