There are plenty of food options just downstairs, which makes it very convenient. It is also within walking distance to Setia City Convention Centre. There is free parking available anytime, which is great when relatives or friends come to visit by car. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall, a great and pleasant stay!

However, there are some serious issues that need improvement: This is a 4-room unit but only 3 rooms have air-conditioning. The fourth room has no air-conditioning and the door is difficult to close, which is uncomfortable. The biggest inconvenience is that only ONE set of access card and lift card is provided. We had three cars and four groups of people going in and out at different times, but everyone had to wait for the person holding the card, which was very troublesome. With these issues solved, this would be a much better place to stay.

The homestay was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. All the facilities were complete and made our stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about.

Host was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions, the room was very clean and very new, all the beds and furniture all brand new and nice, will stay again
