Veľká terasa. Účinná klimatizácia. Dobré matrace v spálni.

Nezáujem majiteľa (osobné stretnutie až pri odchode, kľúče vo dverách pri príchode...). Pri dlhodobejšom výpadku elektriny (cca 3 h) žiadny záujem o hostí, hoci býval v tom istom dome o poschodie vyššie. Bez možnosti komunikácie v AJ, aj keď bolo deklarované. Slabo vybavená kuchyňa, nefunkčné a poškodené riady, nedostatočný počet tanierov, hrnčekov a pohárov - každý kus z inej sady! Rozťahovací gauč s úbohým matracom (5 cm molitan na strunách) Silónové / syntetické obliečky a plachty. Chýbali veľké uteráky, k dispozícii iba malé (pre 3 osoby 3 ks!). Počas 10-dňového pobytu ani raz nevymenené posteľné prádlo (apartmán bez práčky).
