Value for the price is unbeatable. It's a clean little mini apartment with all the essentials you need. I didn't have any problems, everything was arranged neatly, and I was very happy with the unit. It's relatively small, but it's much bigger and better than a cramped hotel room that is over twice the price.
The blinds were slightly broken. Not a big deal at all, but it would be nice if they fix the blinds. Also, the smell from the sewer can rise from the sink drain sometimes, but this is easy to solve if you put a cup or something to block the drain. The location is a little far from the interesting parts of town, but that was not a problem for me because I had a bicycle.
