Здание хоть и старое, но в самой квартире сделан ремонт. В квартире все есть, даже сковородки и кастрюли. И вода в холодильнике. Видно что хозяева пытаются все сделать максимально комфортно и удобно. Правда было много палочек для еды, а вилки или ложечки (для йогурта например) не нашел ни одной. Но у меня были свои.
Самый главный минус - это то, что рядом допоздна проходит трамвай, поэтому не только его слышно хорошо, но и вибрация на кровати тоже ощущается хорошо. Если чутко спите, то будет некомфортно. И на окне нет антимоскитной сетки. Думаю, по этим двум причинам квартира редко проветривается, поэтому там ощущается запах сырости.
