Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, la literie est très bien. A moins de 10mn à pied de deux stations de métro. Supermarché PA à 5 mn. Proche du centre Bell pour les amateurs de hockey ;)
En raison de travaux dans le quartier, l'eau a été coupée deux jours de suite sans que nous ayons été avertis. Pas de communication sur les horaires de coupure/fonctionnement.

Location of the property was great! And overall a very comfortable stay for our group. The communication was wonderful via messaging through the app. Would highly recommend staying if you want to have a blast in downtown Montreal!!

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to public transportation. The host was very responsive via chat both before and during the stay. We were out most of our time in Montreal and only needed the apartment to hang out for short periods and sleep. So for our purposes, it was perfect.
Any issues I have are more structural, which is not the host's responsibility. Like the stairs are a bit narrow to navigate with luggage; or that there is minimal soundproofing, so you hear people talking in the street as if they're in the apartment. Not much traffic noise though, it's a pretty quiet street.
