1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
12. Emergency Procedures 🚨
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

My brothers in law and I stayed 2 nights as part of a 50th birthday trip. Montreal is one of my very favourite cities to visit. We enjoyed Old Montreal, took in the Habs/Leafs, and enjoyed a Schwartz's smoke meat sandwich, amongst other things.As for the apartment, it was exactly as advertised. It was a great location - we were able to walk everywhere in the city. The 3 bedroom layout was ideal for our trip. We're all a bit too old for sharing a hotel room. The apartment was clean and modern. Although the apartment is not spacy, it felt very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers for all the reasons listed above. Also, I really appreciated the owner's welcome back when I booked, his responsiveness just prior to and during our stay, and his overall good nature. Merci beaucoup!

Sam was extremely helpful and communicative. The place was well-supplied and clean. Parking on the street was a bit of an issue, but nothing we couldn’t overcome by seeking out area garages. Neighborhood was safe as well.

Place was a great size for 6 adults and in a busy area where alot fo restuarants/bars are within walking distance.
