The location is excellent, the Notting Hill Underground Station is close by, the neighbourhood is colourful, with many great places to walk (Hyde Park is near).
The stairs to the bed upstairs are quite steep.

The location is excellent. Very close to the market and the underground. Portobello street was also 10 minutes walk. The house had proper heating and hot water. It was clean and nice decorated. The linen were fresh, clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend it.
The couch can be used from one or two people (mostly children) but it wasn't very comfortable. The upper floor (with the bed) has low-height ceiling so be careful if you are very tall.
