Buona posizione, casa bella e accogliente

Apartament bardzo duży, przyjemny balkon, klima w każdym pokoju. Blisko przystanek jak i dworzec autobusowy. Duży darmowy parking nieopodal
W kuchni przydałoby się spryskać czymś na prusaki bo wieczorem zaczynają się pojawiać w kuchni

Ottima posizione, abitazione ampia, confortevole e luminosa
Mi aspettavo di trovare una cucina piu' attrezzata, aggiungerei subito una macchina per il caffe', a cialde o una moka. Il tostapane c'era ma non funzionante. Una fornitura anche minima di sale e spezie in bustine sarebbe stato gradito. Ci e' mancato il bidet (non c'era in nessuno dei 2 bagni) . Un po di manutenzione in generale non guasterebbe ma in definitiva, con pochi accorgimenti l'abitazione avrebbe le potenzialita' di un 5 stelle pieno.

Localization close to the sea
There were large groups of cockroaches on the kitchen counters and in other parts of the apartment, not just a few. When we mentioned it, we were told this was “normal.” One of the air conditioners didn’t work, the TV was broken, the water pressure was very weak, and there was not enough toilet paper.
