В принципе все как на фото, но не очень чисто… А так если бы не напор в ванной, который был просто никакой, а нас было 5 в квартире, это бы очень не удобно

Напор воды в одной из квартир был никакой, еле текла вода, благо было на 9 человек и мы снимали две квартиры, приходилось ходить мыться в другой номер.. Отношение персонала который был ИИ, писали и звонили и вацап и чат, обещали починить но ничего не сделали

The structure is in a very comfortable location, strategic and close to the bus terminal - so much so we had a chance to get in every place of the main island without any effort. The design of the structure and the interns are overall state of the art, user friendly and cost efficient.

The lock at the entrance didn’t work the first half of our vacation and sometime the unlocking of the apartment resulted kind of unintuitive. The apartment was a bit dusty when we arrived.

The apartment was mostly very clean. The living room and kitchen area were spotless. The utility room, main bathroom and both bedrooms were well prepared. The balcony was also clean. This apartment is well positioned for various restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport.

I wrote a message advising the shower was broken in the en-suite. I received no response. Due to the lack of water pressure and the shower selector being broken off, showering was difficult as both shower heads were fighting to get water through. There was also a dirty towel left in front of the shower unit. Water pressure was very low in the sink tap so something as simple as washing hands took a while. There is no glass partition over the bath in the main bathroom, so showering can result in making a mess - or it would, if there was sufficient water pressure. The water pressure here was very low indeed. There was also a strong smell of sewage so the window had to remain open. Kitchen cleaning supplies are basically zero. There was some paper towels and a scourer sponge, but only about 1cm of watered down washing up liquid which meant cleaning was difficult as that had to be used sparingly. I don't use dishwashers, I see no point when you're only using a cup and a bowl. I did see that dishwasher tablets had been left for use. Occasionally the light in the main bedroom had a flicker. This came and went in one day but I expect this will happen again in the future. I didn't report any issues after being ignored regarding the en-suite shower. Perhaps this review will prompt remedial action.
