El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para moverse por Estambul con total comodidad. Además, la decoración, el equipamiento y la limpieza son impecables; no le falta un solo detalle y da gusto estar allí. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo es el excelente trato de su personal: son extremadamente amables, profesionales y simpáticos, te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

The room was clean as expected.
1. STAIRS We stayed on the 3F of the apartment. Going up and downstairs was very inconvenient for us, especially we have our bags and suitcases. It’s too steep and narrow for the guests to move their stuff up and down. 2. DOOR It was difficult for us to open the door right away. It took us minutes to figure out how to open the door with the key stuck to the knob.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta netālu no Galatas torņa. Īpašnieks sniedza visu nepieciešamo informāciju, lai iekļūtu īpašumā un bija atsaucīgs uzturēšanās laikā. Īpašums ļoti tīrs, labi darbojās kondicionieris.

Nada porque no pudimos llegar a conocerlo porque nos cambiaron a otro hotel.
El mismo dia nos avisaron que nos cambiaban de hotel porque tenían problemas con el agua, en teoria a uno mejor a tres cuadras del contratado pero no vimos mejora alguna, Habiamos alquilado un estudio de 22 metros y nos dieron una habitación muy chica, donde casi no entraban las valijas, y con vista a la ventana de otro edificio, cabe destacar que las instalaciones eran muy lindas con el mismo diseño del contratado originalmente, seguramente sea una cadena.
