The room was comfortable and we were surprised to find a washing machine in our room. That was helpful!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed during my stay.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Galata Tower, cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

It’s in a very central location but still retains its charm through peace, quiet, and nearby cool establishments. The flat had everything we needed and the service and all the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!

Nice enough apartment space. Tea and toiletries included. Staff were lovely when they could be contacted.

On arrival to the address we could find nothing to indicate where the apt was. No one would answer the phone, no one to meet us, no reply to messages. Eventually after waiting an hour for a reply or callback and none forthcoming we asked a nearby cafe, directed to another cafe and finally a hotel of the same chain who sent me two streets over to a reception. The instructions said we’d be met at the apt however we were not met, not contacted despite checking in online…. and the address given in the booking confirmation was incorrect, our original apt was in the next street, the second apt was located next door to the first cafe we approached, oh the irony! Allocated our room at last and arrived to find unmade beds, yellow stained pillows, dirty kitchen with spilled food, wet towels and a toilet full of some spectacular skid marks. Needless to say we were really peeved by this point. Back round to reception, lots of apologies and can we wait two hours for cleaning. After seeing the room dirty I just didn’t want to stay there and asked for a different room. The new room was fine, a nice space but six flights of stairs (96 steps) and no lift. It made coming and going an ordeal. The whole area is on some steep hills, grippy comfort shoes only! Beds were very very firm, we were both sore the entire six night stay. Was it worth the money paid, no. Stay up the hill closer to Taksim Square or over in Kadikoy on the Asian side.
