Everything was good. Even though the building is quite old but the room condition was great. It looked new and well maintained. The location was also good.
The living room only has sheer curtains. Would be great to have one that provide full cover.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, modern und gemütlich. Die Lage war perfekt. Im Haus gab es auch eine Wäscherei. Definitiv zu empfehlen!
Die Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über das Gebäude, somit war es sobald ein Flugzeug kam sehr laut

Location is awesome in Nimman. The property has free parking. There’s a yoga studio and a cafe in the building. The complex itself is always clean. There’s cleaners there every day (not for the room but they clean all the common areas in the building). There are also self service laundry as well in the building or a laundry store that you can pay them to do it all for you. The apartment itself has everything you will need and the host was always very quick to respond to any enquiries you might have. The apartment looked exactly as advertised.
The bed is not so comfortable. It properly could do with a more comfortable mattress or a mattress topper.
