El televisor, servicio de Internet, la amplitud de habitaciones, zonas sociales del departamento y baños. Buen aire acondicionado.
Presión de agua en duchas, no había agua caliente, hongos ducha y lavavajillas, ventanas del balcón sucias, difícil abrir puerta del balcón. Mal olor por desagüe cercano de aguas negras.

El depto esta bonito, buena ubicación y las albercas
El piso de uno de los baños tenia mucho hongo, le faltaban cosas basicas como jabon de traste, de baño y unas de las camas estaba muy empolvada relativamente le faltaba aseo, no tenia colchas adicionales no plancha para ropa, le faltaba espejo en la habitacion 2 etc..

En realidad, todo, el dpto es impecable, mucho confort, no falta nada, la zona de la pileta es hermosa.
Me gustó todo, incluso la zona, segura, se encuentra frente a los Tribunales, alrededor hay varios supermercados y lugares para comer.

Custo benefício muito bom. Várias camas disponíveis na hospedagem.
Chuveiro a gás, ele esfria a cada 2 minutos. E depois de frio demora uns 2 minutos para voltar a aquecer.
