La mise à disposition de plusieurs boissons fraîches et de biscuits pour notre arrivée dans le logement. La grande terrasse avec vue sur l'Etna.
La complexité pour obtenir les clés du logement ( pour accéder à une boîte à clés ) . Peu de documentation touristique dans le logement ( manque un plan de la ville en particulier )

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare negli appartamenti Papiro, Torre e Castello. Esperienza eccellente al punto da farti sentire come a casa. Spazi confortevoli e ben organizzati, pulizia impeccabile.
