Excellent value for money and great service from the management company.
Very well laid-out and spacious. Special mention to Andrew, the manager, who arranged a plumber to fix / replace the shower within just a couple of hours of reporting it as not working.

The bathroom extractor was on all the time, the door lock would benefit from a chain or something inside added. No towels in the room

Beautifullly appointed apartment with parking but pre deposit demanded
Clean, fresh and modern and very well equipped. Staff were attentive and very supportive in helping me find the property
After booking I was sent an email explaining that if I damaged the property I would be charged £100 - understandable I thought. But one day before the start date I was sent an email asking for a refundable deposit of £50 to be sent to a bank account (not booking.com) and to send my identification to JS apartments. I was upset about this, declined and then got a phone call to explain about their history of damage. Whilst to some extent I understand- the apartment was beautiful, and they want to avoid damage. They waived their requirements but then wrote to me explaining that the deposit is like a hotel deposit. I did not appreciate this as a hotel might take an advanced deposit against the full cost of the stay or possible spend on drinks or food. I paid in full in advance and there were no food or drink to pay for. This was entirely different and although I didn't pay it the unexpected demand felt like a scam and impacted my stay negatively.
