Really lovely comfy home, the lounge /dining area is all new, nice carpets and sofas. Great size TV & fast Internet.
The kitchen was basic, but the washer & dryer is a good extra.
Both double bedrooms were a good size, I chose the front one, slept so well the bed was comfy & the cul-de-sac was super quiet, and you can't hear the neighbours. Being able to park in the drive was a plus for me.
Heating was easy to use, & got super hot very quickly.
The owner was excellent with communication. I will definitely stay again.

Conservatory, though TV wasn't connected to Internet.
Place was not clean. Areas of the Dining table, bins, kitchen and cutlery were dirty and not cleaned properly. Bedding had biro pen marker all over the bedsheet.
First night, no heating or hot water.
