Spotless, pleasantly decorated, well located, nice staff, great breakfast.

I would recommend the place without hesitation except that during my stay there was no hot water.

It was a nice apartment, with comfortable beds. I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate as it was more functional for a family. Breakfast provided was adequate. The staff were very helpful and responsive especially when we had a slight emergency. Close to the shore and shops and money exchange and banks, although some banks do not exchange money till 11 am. You can walk to the medina and the kasbah, about a 30 mins straight walk. Also about a 30 min straight walk to the main train station if you need it.

The bed sheets and pillow cases need replacing as some of them were worn out. floor needed sweeping as I had to sweep the floor myself. There was a washing machine but no rack to hang your clothes on and no outdoor space to dry your clothes, which was not a major issue but there was no clothing rack provided to dry your clothes after washing. I feel it was over priced. Some misleading descriptions on booking.com, such as it mentioned the property was manned 24 hrs, it is a residential building with other flats and there are no staff on site. The main door key to the flat did not work for us, when we came home late one night and another resident had locked the front door to the building. No play area on site as i was led to believe by the description provided on booking.com. The area is lively but a bit run down, as it is set away from the main town centre.

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le petit-déjeuner a été livré exactement à 7h comme demandé, et il était excellent. L’appartement est très propre, confortable et conforme aux photos. Le quartier est idéal avec commerces, supermarché, boucherie, pharmacie, Tram, accès directs au bord de mer 3min en marche à pied et un petit souk typique juste à côté de l’église à 5min en marche à pied très pratique. Nous reviendrons avant notre départ pour Genève. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons à 100 %.

Rien de gênant, peut-être ajouter une petite étagère ou un panier pour ranger les sous-vêtements — sinon parfait.

Location is very good, seafront around the corner, restaurants in the street, bar (beer) 3 blocks away. The person who represented the owner was very helpful. He showed the parking for our motorbikes, etc.. It was clean, simple, but sufficient. The kitchen is good for cooking for a complete family. Bedrooms: bed and bedding were good: slept well.

The GPS will tell you where the building is: an ordinary apartment building. But nothing says where the apartment is, what floor, who, what??? Call with the owner, she explained, but still we were at the building, but where is the apartment? That took an hour. Shower, washhand basin in toilet and bathroom; DRAINS BLOCKED. You have to be quick or it overflows. It will be very, very cramped to sleep with 5. The living room is actually the corridor. No balcony. We were with 2, just enough. Please fix your drains; then the place is 10 times better.
