Location, big appartement, TV with Amazon prime, owner was able to accommodate a last minute date change.

Location is excellent close yo train station and amenities. It is quite spacious
It was very cold , there were no heaters and it was mentioned in the description . There were plenty of blankets but you still need warm rooms . Kitchen was practically non functioning. Kettle was not working and when we mentioned to the host she started arguing that it’s working . Hob was operated by gas cylinder which we never used and we were not told by the host how to use it . The host was not very welcoming. She needs to be bit polite with her guests and listen to their concerns instead of arguing.
