The view out the balcony was impeccable, the comfort was top notch, one of the cleanest places I’ve been to, a walk away from anything I needed, ac worked to the nines, and the lamps added a great touch in the living room and bedroom, the roller shutter blinds completely black out so it was perfect for a midday nap, staff was nice all over, door to door with one of the best ambiance restaurants in rabat.
3rd floor and no elevator unfortunately, stairs had no lights in them but I only stayed one night could’ve been a temporary issue, the dining table/chairs extremely noisy (should install rubber nubs on them), appartment door can’t be closed from the inside, and bedroom doesn’t have a key (as far as I’m aware)

Excellent location near airport bus, main train station and trams. Responsive, lovely agent. Large bed, high ceilings, quiet enough (some daytime construction). Apartment is nicely finished.Great fruit smoothie place at the end of the block.
Poor frying pans, cooking implements could be better quality. Kitchen chairs need felt pads underneath the feet (screeching noise when moved), code lock for suite entry is a long code & we had difficulty using it a few times (too many mistakes, then locked out, had to contact the night manager by Wi-Fi, easily resolved but a pain)

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a nice area of Rabat, convenient to cafes and the RabatVille train station. Keypad entry, excellent hosts and service team. Be prepared for no elevator and need to carry luggage up to 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor.
As in most of Morocco, the floors are all tile, so there is very little sound insulation inside or from outside. A few carpets in the larger rooms would help muffle the noise.
