I think i paid more that what i got in return
location is great as it is next to Mirdif City Center with easy check-in/check-out procedure
I was not sure if Bed Sheets were clean .. The room is clean but bad smell coming from other rooms and with shared bathroom it was a disaster although the property is trying to keep it as clean as possible .. To sum up Price was high comparing to the quality of the room

Spacious, clean and at the prime location. The Caretaker Muhin was very caring and helpful.
There is elevator to go to 2nd floor. The parking is very narrow and going in and out was very difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The room was very comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a family-friendly stay. The host was extremely customer‑friendly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Check‑in was quick, and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room at no extra cost. It really added a special touch to my stay. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

It was pleasant and comfortable if you are ready to adjust
Room size was good. Owner was really helpful and understanding,
staff of this property was very good but staff on owners other property was not good at all never cleaned our room, hard to reach. Shared kitchen was messy and even the living room never cleaned no shower curtains in bathrooms had to wipe after every use
