Should be improved.

Location was good especially if you are coming for exhibition. The person we were in contact with was amazing and really helping.

Not clean, the sofa was really dirty couldnt use any of the cups or plates. Also didnt receive my invoice and no answer from the property owner. The second bedroom we asked for seperate beds but the beds were combined.

أقمت في هذه الشقة لمدة ليلتين، وكانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال بشكل واضح. ورغم أن الموقع جيد، إلا أن مستوى الخدمة كان دون الحد الأدنى المتوقع من أي شقة فندقية. 1. الأمن والسلامة: الباب الرئيسي للشقة لا يُقفل إطلاقًا، وهذا أمر غير مقبول ويشكّل خطراً على النزلاء. يجب معالجة هذا الموضوع فورًا. 2. الإنترنت: خدمة الإنترنت كانت معطلة تمامًا عند وصولنا، ولم يتم إصلاحها إلا بعد منتصف الليل، وهو تأخير غير مبرر أثّر على راحتنا واستخدامنا للخدمة. 3. تسليم الشقة: تم تأخير تسليم الشقة حتى الساعة 4 مساءً لأنها لم تكن جاهزة أو مُنظّفة مسبقًا. هذا يعكس ضعفًا كبيرًا في التنظيم والإدارة. بشكل عام، كانت الإقامة غير مرضية إطلاقًا، وأتمنى أن تتخذ الإدارة إجراءات فورية لتحسين مستوى النظافة، الصيانة، واحترام أوقات تسليم الغرف، حتى لا تتكرر هذه التجربة مع ضيوف آخرين.

I stayed in this apartment for two nights, and the experience was clearly disappointing. Although the location is good, the level of service was far below what is expected from any serviced apartment. 1. Safety and Security: The main door does not lock at all, which is completely unacceptable and poses a safety risk to guests. This issue needs immediate attention. 2. Internet Service: The internet was entirely down upon our arrival and was only restored after midnight. This delay is unjustified and significantly affected our stay and ability to use the service. 3. Check-in Delay: We received the apartment at 4:00 PM because it was not cleaned or prepared beforehand. This shows a serious lack of organization and proper management. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. I strongly hope the management takes urgent action to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and respect for check-in times to ensure better experiences for future guests.
