Sehr saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Der Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld über WhatsApp eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit Video geschickt. Das war sehr hilfreich, denn die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und Google Maps findet diese nicht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet, Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Unsere Frage, ob in der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist, wurde verneint. Der freundliche Vermieter hat sich jedoch sofort darum gekümmert, dass bei unserer Anreise eine neue Kaffeemaschine in der Küche vorhanden war. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage der Wohnung: nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand.

Unterhalb der Unterkunft war eine Baustelle. Diese hat morgens sehr viel Lärm verursacht. Der Baulärm begann bereits 7.30 Uhr. Hier muss ich aber wieder positiv erwähnen, dass uns der Vermieter eine Alternativwohnung rückseitig vom Gebäude angeboten hat. Diese haben wir nicht angenommen.

Веома нам се допада што је апартман у новој згради, што су апарати, опрема и санитарије веома доброг или одличног квалитета. Све је ново и чисто. Кухиња је опремљена са свим посуђем има индукциону плочу, машину за прање суђа, леп пулт на коме можете доручковати, а ту је и сто са четири столице где можете ручати. Дневни боравак је простран и осветљен, а има удобан лежај, ТВ, веома квалитетан клима уређај. Постоји Wi-Fi са пристојном брзином протока података. Тераса није толико пространа, али је довољна за одмор са погледом на море. Спаваћа соба је одлична, а у њој је удобан, велики кревет. Купатило је довољне величине, а у њему одличана веш машина, туш кабина са shower rain тушем, све на свом месту. Гаража је одлична. Веома лепо искуство и препорука за друге госте. Уживали смо у одмору, заиста нам је пријао овај апартман, а домаћин је веома љубазан и гостољубив.

Нема орман са офингерима за одећу која би требало тако да буде спакована, већ само вешаљку у дневном боравку на којој се налазе офингери. Нама се то не допада, али је модерно. Тераса када се суши веш нема баш пуно простора. Паркинг места испред зграде нису доступна. Нема места, односно контејнера за одлагање смећа, већ је то мало даље у улици и спољно уређење још увек није завршено, а приступ је мало необичан.

Всё очень понравилось. Квартира с видом на море. Сама квартира новая с шикарным ремонтом. Очень стильный интерьер. Полностью оборудована техникой премиальных брендов. В жилом комплексе есть место на подземном паркинге.

Мы попросили раннее заселение и нам его предоставили без дополнительной платы. Хозяин Владимир нас встретил лично и все показал, хотя предварительно нам сообщили PIN code от входной двери и мы могли заселиться самостоятельно. Это было мило) Апартамент абсолютно новый со всем необходимым как и было в описании - очень понравилось. Машину поставили на подземный паркинг и до пляжа Бечичи дошли пешком за 10 мин. В номере было тихо и уютно, что мы и хотели от этой поездки.
