La Casa di Anna - Comfort & Relax near Rome

Amazing ground floor apartment and terrace. Superbly well equipped and comfortable. We were delighted to find the fridge well stocked and cupboards supplied with some items for us. After hot, sweaty days in Rome, it was lovely to come up into the hills, to such a wonderful sanctuary!

The house is superbly situated a short walk from Zagarolo station, which usually has fast trains into Rome. Unfortunately, during the month of August and our stay, there was construction work taking place, so we had to take a rail replacement coach to Roma Anagnina and the Metro from there - it was OK but it took quite a bit longer....

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything required for cooking, and we were truly impressed by the generous selection of excellent-quality food provided by the host. There was more than enough for a delicious dinner and breakfast. Even our teenagers, our toughest critics, had to admit that this place was wonderful – and believe me, that is not something they say every day! They were happy with everything, from the apartment and privacy to the food and overall comfort. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, offering complete privacy. We had the entire apartment and courtyard exclusively to ourselves. The check-in was quick and effortless. The locked courtyard provided a safe and secure place for our car, with enough space for two cars and comfortable maneuvering. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a Smart TV, making it perfect for families or groups. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond. Her hospitality, generosity, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. The only downside: the property wasn't available for more nights during our travel dates—we would have gladly stayed much longer! We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again. It is a place we will remember and happily return to.
